The technical experience behind Riaren.
Riaren is a service-disabled veteran-owned electronics and manufacturing company based in Fort Worth, Texas. The business brings hands-on rework and assembly together with the technical documentation needed to build, inspect, and support hardware. Its approach is informed by experience in aviation maintenance, advanced manufacturing, and high-reliability development work.

Kyle M. LeClair
Marine Corps veteran with experience in avionics, DARPA-supported development, hypersonics, small modular and advanced reactor safety and neutronics, and federal manufacturing. His background spans both the hardware and the technical decisions that govern how it is built and maintained.
Marine aviation & advanced manufacturing.
Kyle served as a Marine Corps avionics electrician, maintenance inspector, and work-center supervisor. He led the establishment of a forward-deployed aviation advanced manufacturing work center and developed the procedures, training, qualification requirements, and inspection controls supporting its operation. He also contributed to the Marine Innovation Unit’s pre-activation Genesis effort.
That work required manufacturing methods to be supported by usable instructions, defined qualifications, and inspection controls. His military training includes miniature/microminiature (2M) electronics repair and aircraft wiring practices under the NAVAIR 01-1A-505 series, complemented by hands-on work with military connector systems and fiber-optic interconnects.
Hardware design & technical leadership.
Kyle’s industry experience includes contributions to DARPA-supported projects and hypersonic programs, safety and neutronics work for small modular and advanced reactors, and federal manufacturing initiatives. His responsibilities have included electrical and mechanical design authority for high-reliability instrumentation, circuit assemblies, interconnects, and test hardware.
His work has extended from requirements and detailed design through fabrication support, integration, verification, and technical release. It has also included manufacturing discrepancy resolution, corrective action, and technician development. His workmanship experience includes IPC J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 requirements and their Space and Military Addenda, together with IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/7721.
